Refund Policy

Overview
We want KyzenX to earn your trust. This policy explains refunds for subscriptions and add-on purchases once live billing is enabled. Questions: hello@kyzenx.com.
Beta / pre-billing
If you have not been charged yet, no refund applies — billing is not active until announced on the Pricing page. Early access users will receive notice before any charge.
Subscriptions (Starter, Standard, Premium)
- 7-day satisfaction window: first-time subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of initial purchase if they have not exported more than 2 verified PDFs.
- After 7 days: subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel anytime; access continues until period end.
- Downgrades: take effect next billing cycle. No partial refunds for unused time on higher tiers unless required by local law.
Add-ons (verified PDFs, template packs, AI capacity)
- Consumed add-ons (e.g. a PDF already exported and signed) are not refundable.
- Unused add-on credits purchased in error may be refunded within 48 hours — email hello@kyzenx.com with your receipt.
How to request a refund
Email hello@kyzenx.com from your account email with subject "Refund request", your plan, purchase date, and reason. We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 7–14 business days depending on your bank.
India / GST
Invoices include applicable GST where required. Refunds adjust GST proportionally on qualifying transactions.
