Excel to PowerPoint: turn a spreadsheet into a finished deck in a minute
You have the data. It's sitting in a spreadsheet: months down the side, regions across the top, a revenue column at the end. What you don't have is the two hours it takes to turn it into slides someone will actually sit through.
That's the job Decks in KyzenX does. You attach the file, say who it's for, and get back a finished PowerPoint or PDF.
What goes in
- An Excel sheet or CSV. Sales, expenses, survey results, marks, anything in rows and columns.
- A PDF report or a Word document, if what you have is writing rather than a table.
- Or nothing at all. A sentence describing the deck you need is enough.
Then tell it who the deck is for and what to focus on. You can type that, or just say it out loud: "Eight slides for the leadership team. Focus on the North region, and end with three recommendations."
What comes out
- The numbers at a glance. Totals, the change from first period to last, the top performer, each on a tile.
- Charts from your data. Trends over time, breakdowns by category, each labelled with the columns it came from.
- A ranked table with every item's share of the total.
- The story around it. What changed, what matters, what to do next.
- Speaker notes on every slide, so you're not presenting cold.
It's a real .pptx, so you can open and edit it in PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides. You can also download a PDF to send as it is. Pick a white or dark theme, preview every slide, rewrite any one you don't like, and restyle the whole deck in one click before you download.
The part we care about most: the numbers are yours
Most AI slide tools hand your data to a language model and ask it for the slides, numbers included. A language model will happily round a figure, guess one, or invent one that sounds right. On a slide you're about to present to your manager, that's the worst possible failure. You won't catch it, and someone in the room might.
Decks works the other way round. When you attach a spreadsheet, KyzenX calculates every total, trend and share from your file first, and builds the number slides from those calculations. Only then does the AI write the words around them. It never supplies a figure. Every chart names the columns it was drawn from, so anyone can check it against the sheet. With a PDF or Word document, the AI is told to use only the figures in that document, exactly as they're written.
Try it
It's free to start: any theme, up to 8 slides, with a small "Made with KyzenX" footer. If you want your exact brand colours, up to 20 slides and no footer, a premium deck is ₹49. You can preview it for free and only pay to download.
Your next presentation is probably already sitting in a spreadsheet.
