Why you can present the numbers
The AI writes the story. It never writes the figures.
Most AI slide tools ask a language model for your numbers — and a model will happily round, guess or invent one. KyzenX calculates every total, trend and share from your file first, builds the number slides from those calculations, and only then asks the AI to explain them. Each chart names the columns it came from, so anyone in the room can check it against the sheet.

Can it really turn an Excel sheet into a PowerPoint?+
Yes. Attach an .xlsx or .csv and KyzenX reads the rows, works out the totals, trends and top categories, and builds a deck with a KPI slide, charts, a ranked table and the story around them. You download a real .pptx or a PDF.
Where do the numbers on the slides come from?+
From your file. The figures are calculated by KyzenX directly from your data, and the chart and number slides are built from those calculations. The AI writes the words around them; it is never the source of a figure.
Which files can I upload?+
Excel (.xlsx, .xlsm), CSV and TSV for data; PDF and Word (.docx) for reports and documents. You can also skip the file and describe the deck you need.
Will it open in Keynote and Google Slides?+
Yes. Charts are drawn as shapes rather than chart objects, so they look the same in PowerPoint, Keynote and Google Slides. There is also a PDF download.
Is it free?+
There is a free plan — any theme, up to 8 slides, with a small "Made with KyzenX" footer. A premium deck adds your exact brand colours, up to 20 slides and no footer, from ₹49.
Is my file stored?+
KyzenX doesn't keep the file itself. Spreadsheets are read on our server; PDFs and Word documents are also passed to our AI provider to be read. The deck built from your file is saved to your account so you can preview it, re-download it or change its theme later.
