Terms of Service

By accessing KyzenX you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Contact: legal@kyzenx.com.

KyzenX provides planning, execution tracking, AI-assisted workflows, Growth Circles, and exportable verified reports. Features may evolve as the product improves.

• Provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
• Use KyzenX lawfully — no harassment, spam, or attempts to breach the platform.
• You are responsible for tasks, habits, and metrics you log. KyzenX records what you enter.
• AI outputs are suggestions. You decide what to execute, share, or export.

KyzenX Verified Reports are cryptographically signed summaries of data you logged in the product. They confirm "this is what KyzenX recorded for this user during this period" — not that tasks objectively occurred in the physical world. Do not misrepresent signed reports as third-party audited credentials unless you clearly disclose their source and limits.

If you publish a Growth Agent for sale, KyzenX retains 20% of the sale price and you receive the remaining 80%. There is no listing fee and no monthly fee — nothing is charged unless a sale completes. Listings must use one of the published price points (₹99 / ₹199 / ₹499 / ₹999) and must be approved by us before they can be sold.

Sales completed inside our Android app work differently in one respect: Google Play deducts its own service fee before the money reaches KyzenX, and our 20% is applied to what remains. Your share of an in-app sale is therefore lower than the same sale made on the web. Google sets that fee, not KyzenX, and it may vary by market. Both figures are published on the Pricing page and are itemised per sale in your dashboard.

Creator payouts are not yet available. Earnings accrue in your dashboard as a record of sales made; they do not become payable until we launch payouts, which will require identity and bank verification. If a sale is refunded or reversed, the corresponding earnings are reversed with it. Any change to the revenue share will be published on the Pricing page and will apply only to sales made after it takes effect.

You are responsible for what you publish: you must own or be licensed to sell the content of your agent, and it must not infringe anyone's rights or breach the acceptable use rules below. We may remove a listing that does.

Do not scrape, reverse-engineer signing keys, forge proofs, or attempt to access other users' data. Do not upload illegal content or use the service to harm others.

KyzenX is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific career outcomes, or error-free AI responses. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

KyzenX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including reliance on self-reported metrics or exported reports.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
